Returning or Exchanging Items:
If you are not completely satisfied with your internet purchase from www.Fowlaholic.com you may return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of your purchase. Fowlaholic will refund the original purchased price plus sales tax. For full refunds you will need to include the original receipt or invoice with your return. All merchandise returned or exchanged must be in it's original new condition with tags attached and unused.
If you need to return or exchange an item without a receipt or was purchased longer than 30 days prior, please contact our Customer Service Department at (281) 328-2450.
Please include the following when returning or exchanging an item:
1) Make a copy of your receipt. Send us your original receipt when returning your item. (We will return it back to you if needed.)
2) Indicate on your receipt/invoice which item(s) you wish to return by circling, highlighting, or underlining your item.
3) On a separate sheet of paper write your name, mailing address, and two contact numbers. Also include the address where you want the item shipped if different then the mailing address already listed. Also include the reason you are retuning the item and want you would like us to do; refund, exchange for different size or color, exchange for a different item, or issue a store credit. (Store credits will void 1 year from the date issued.)
Allow 10 to 15 days to process your request for refunds or exchanges. In the event a item being retuned or exchanges is sold out or no longer available, a store credit will be issued or an item may be selected that is equal to the original cost of the item being exchanged. In the event the new item selected cost more than the item being exchanged or returned, the difference in cost can be paid.
Original Shipping charges and the cost to return the item(s) if applicable, will not be refunded. (Unless the reason for exchange is due to an error on our part. (damaged merchandise or wrong sized mailed.)
We strongly advise you to return the item to Fowlaholic with a tracking number for proof of delivery. Fowlaholic is not responsible for items lost in the mail with no tracking system or proof of delivery. We also reserve the right to deny any exchanges, returns, or refunds after 90 days of purchase or without a copy of the original receipt.
